Owned and operated by Louisville native Ken Putlak, Ken has been in the home construction business for over a decade. As a resident of Louisville’s East End, he has constructed new homes and remodeled residential homes in areas such as Middletown, Anchorage, St Matthews, Norton Commons area, J-Town, Prospect, River Road area, Goshen, Indian Hills, Buckner, Taylorsville and New Albany. A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a passion for home design and tennis! Ken lives in Middletown with his wife and daughters.
